Members fed farm animals at Yang Pyeon.
MANNAM Korean Cooking Class went on a volunteer trip to Yang-Peong last year. It was Chef Bang. Mi Kyung's hometown and there were many things waiting for us :-)
We cleaned out the fields for the next spring and swept around the town. There were oxen and some other farm animlas so we fed them and cleaned the barn as well.
We were so lucky that we could experience to make tofu and had a wonderful feast with tofu, and lots of other heathy food.
